Kruger House Museum
This is the house in which Paul Kruger
and his wife, Gezina, used to live in from 1884. Interesting
artefacts to be seen at this museum include the luxury train-wagon for special presidential use; a
replica of the room where Paul Kruger died in Switzerland; the presidential coach; a model of a
steamship; and a model of the Dunvegan Castle.

Tswaing Crater Museum
This meteoritic crater is around 220 000
years old. The element of this museum is the crater
caused by a meteoritic impact. This crater is one of the youngest and most preserved bowl-shaped
impact craters in the world. It is also known as the Pretoria Saltpan or the Saltpan Crater.
Accompanied and/or unaccompanied tours. Educational programs for school children. Exhibitions
of Tswaing natural and cultural history. Indigenous African cattle. This is one of the best
bird-watching areas in proximity to Pretoria, with 320 species. 7.2 kilometre hiking route.
